The invention relates to equipment for the chemical heat treatment of parts from metallic materials in a controlled atmosphere. A known device for heat treatment of products, containing a number of technological units placed on the same line, and located along the front of the nodes is a loading (transporting) airtight common to all nodes tunnel with loading and unloading lock chambers adjacent to the specified tunnel, respectively (USSR author's certificate f 443923, C. C 21 D 9/00, 1969). A disadvantage of the known solution is the impossibility of operation of the installation units with different atmospheres, in addition, all the nodes are rigidly interconnected. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the flow of protective atmosphere and simplify maintenance. The installation consists minimally of one chamber heating furnace 1 (Fig. 2 and 3), a quenching bath 7 with leather of chamber type ear 6 and other technological devices, for example a loading grate 13 located in one line, and at least one manipulator 8 moving in parallel this line. The chamber heating furnace 1, heated by heating elements 22, has doors 2, controlled by a lifting device 24 and located in a protective casing 3, the inlet 4 of which has an end face 11 in the same plane as the front side 12 of the inlet 5 of the casing 6 quench bath 7. In the casing 6 of the chamber type quenching bath 7, there is a nitrogen inlet 21 and a smoke outlet 20. The inlets 4 of the chamber heating furnace 1 and 5 of the quenching bath 7 are fitted with fan-shaped flame or gas tubes 15. The reflective plates 14 practically fill the space between the loading grid 13 with the charge 25 and the chamber heating furnace 1, as well as between the latter and the casing 6 of the quenching bath 7. The receiver 18 is designed to remove gases 19. Parallel to the line of the loading grid 13, the chamber heating furnace 1 and the casing 6 of the quenching bath 7 moves along a stationary path (Fig. 1 and 2) the manipulator 8, the forks 9 of which are located in the protective casing 10, and its inlet 26 is located near face side 11 inlet 4-chamber heating furnace 1, and also the end of the 12 inlet 5 chambers 6 quenching bath 7 (Fig 1 and 2). Under the close arrangement of both inlets 4 and 5, the minimum technologically feasible distance is podralauma, in necessary cases, the gap between the two inlets 4 and 5 can be blocked with a suitable casing of a known design. The manipulator torus 8 has an observation hole 23. The proposed installation works as follows. The manipulator 8 receives the charge 25 from the loading grid 13 and in front of the reflective plate 14 or in its protective casing 10 is washed with a suitable controlled atmosphere. The evaporating gases through receiver 1B exit through outlet 19. After that, the charge is introduced into the chamber heating furnace 1, where heating or thermochemical treatment takes place in a controlled atmosphere. After that, the manipulator 8 transfers the charge 25 to the chamber 6 of the quenching bath 7, where it is immersed in oil and tempering using its own mechanism.
